Reserving Meeting Rooms



Anyone may reserve a room for one time use at the front desk or by calling 978-582-4140.  Please take a moment to read the Meeting Room Use Policy.

To reserve for recurring meetings, you must have a valid library card or, if representing a group, an organizational library card.  The individual or group designee shall complete, sign, submit and/or update the Organization Library Card Application Form and the Meeting Room Use Policy.

We recommend you reserve 2-4 weeks in advance to avoid conflicts since requests are granted on a first come, first serve basis.

Reservation requests may be made via phone (978-582-4140) or a visit to the Library.

Organizational requests may be made via our Online Events Registration System.
